This summer, OKCDT will be featuring a 6 week kids boxing camp. The camp will be from June 5th to July 12th, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 10:30am. The camp will focus on strength and conditioning drills, speed and agility drills and classical boxing technical drills.

Matt Marcinek, known as the Disabled Grappler, from Scranton MMA in Scranton, PA, will be giving a motivational seminar for all ages tomorrow night at OKCDT.  Matt has cerebral palsy, though it has hardly prevented him from leading a full, productive and physically active life.  Matt wrestled in high school and is currently a competitor in Judo, Freestlye Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  look for him on the morning show tomorrow on Fox 25 as he will be interviewed during 3 different time slots.  6:10am, 6:40 am and 7:10 am.  The free clinic will be at 6:00 pm and will be at Oklahoma City Defensive Tactics, Inc. at 1810 E Memorial, Oklahoma City, OK 73131 in the upper level of the Oklahoma Institute of Allergy & Asthma.
